1. Access to Repo APP

   • License: Subject to these Terms of Use, AcmaSoft Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Repo APP for your personal or internal business purposes.
   • Account: You may need to create an account to access certain features of Repo APP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of Repo APP

   • Compliance: You agree to use Repo APP in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Use. You will not use Repo APP for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

   • Ownership: Repo APP and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by AcmaSoft Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
   • License Limitations: Except as expressly authorized by AcmaSoft Technologies, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or use any part of Repo APP without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

   • As-Is Basis: Repo APP is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AcmaSoft Technologies disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

   • Exclusion: In no event shall AcmaSoft Technologies or its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Repo APP, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

   • Defense: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AcmaSoft Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of Repo APP or violation of these Terms of Use.

   • Modification: AcmaSoft Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms of Use will be posted on Repo APP, and your continued use of Repo APP after the posting of the updated Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
